Terms and conditions of participation in events and workshops organized by Studio Rzeka Sp. z o.o.
The owner and managing entity of the Studio Rzeka photography studio is Studio Rzeka sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Długa 8/14 m. 4, 00-238 Warsaw, NIP (Tax Identification Number) 5252859500, referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the Organizer. All events organized by the Organizer will be referred to as workshops in the remainder of this document.
Individuals participating in the event are referred to as Participants.
General provisions
The organizer organizes workshops during which they implement the plan and description of the event available to the public at the time of registration.
The organizer provides the participant with space and equipment for use: lighting, light modifiers, accessories, as described in the workshop description, for the duration of the workshop.
The organizer conducts a brief training session on the use and safety rules for each piece of equipment used during the workshop.
The Participant shall be liable for any damage to the studio's equipment or furnishings caused by improper or unintended use of the equipment.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in the studio.
Price
The price of the workshops listed in the offer on the studio's website and in marketing materials is a gross price (including 23% VAT).
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event at any time if there are not enough participants or in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness of the workshop leaders.
In the event of cancellation of the workshop, the full amount of the event price will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 days of the decision to cancel the event.
The Organizer accepts payment for the event only by bank transfer to the Organizer's company account.
A place on the list of participants is only secured upon payment of the full amount of the event price and confirmation of receipt of payment by the Organizer.
The list of participants is filled in according to the order of payments, not the order of applications.
Terms and conditions of participation
The workshops are intended for adults.
Copyright and personal data
The organizer agrees to transfer, free of charge, non-exclusive copyrights to the image of the interior of Studio Rzeka for photographs taken during the workshops for non-commercial use.
The organizer does not transfer any image rights on behalf of the models participating in the event in any scope of use. The organizer does not intend to influence in any way any possible arrangements regarding copyright between the author of the photographs and the model whose image is used in a given work.
Participation in the Workshops is tantamount to granting free consent to record, photograph, film, or make other types of recordings of the image and statements and fragments thereof of the Workshop Participants for the purpose of publication in online and written publications, information and promotional materials, and on the websites of the Organizer and event partners (specified each time in the description of a given event) and to the transmission, distribution, or display of this image and statements or fragments thereof in connection with any program presenting the Workshops.
Scope of work with models
The scope of photography between the photographer and the model working for the Organizer is determined with the full consent of the model. Any attempt to enforce a scope of photography that goes beyond the agreed terms will result in the immediate termination of the event for the participant in question, without the possibility of claiming a refund of part of the fee.
Any attempts at discrimination, harassment, or bullying described in the civil code and criminal code will additionally result in the situation being reported to the appropriate authorities. The organizer takes the issue of maintaining professional interpersonal relationships in the world of photography and film very seriously.
Final provisions
During the classes, participants are required to comply with health and safety and fire safety regulations.
Registration for participation in the workshops is tantamount to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
