What is Photo Gym at Studio Rzeka?
Our studio is a professional space adapted to medium and large photo and video productions. For this reason, renting our space on commercial terms may be beyond the reach of many fans of cinematography and artistic photography who do sessions out of passion and for the needs of their private artistic portfolio.
Photo Gym is a day selected each month during which we offer the opportunity to rent our spaces on preferential terms for non-commercial sessions:
During Photo Gym, we rent spaces with greater granularity, e.g., our SCENO room has four set designs, and we allow subletting of only one set at up to 60% off (price list below).
We provide access to equipment rental at 50% of the list price.
We are reducing the minimum rental time requirement to 2 hours. See below for a list of available 2-hour slots.
During the event, together with the River Crew team, we also conduct individual workshops or provide support during sessions, e.g., in the field of film lighting in our spaces (individual pricing).
Key information:

Renting an hourly slot at Photo Gym requires prepayment of the entire rental amount. We issue a proforma invoice with one-click payment to the renter's details, then send a payment confirmation along with an invoice for the receipt. We do not offer deferred payment reservations for this event. Once you have received your reservation confirmation, no refunds are possible.

Rental for non-commercial purposes must meet the following conditions:
purchase with receipt
recorded materials may only be used in a private portfolio for the purpose of promoting the creator
no participant in the session receives payment for their work
the studio does not transfer any property rights in connection with the rental

A maximum of 5 people per rental can participate in Photo Gym sessions.
During the session, it is forbidden to make drastic changes to the studio layout without the permission of the staff, such as moving mobile walls.
During the event, makeup stations and social spaces will be shared. During Photo Gym, we do not guarantee any additional services and do not provide acoustic separation.
In rooms with several stage sets, we allow more than one team to work at the same time.
